What if I need help with my order?
We are available by phone between 9am-5pm Eastern time. Outside of those hours we are also responding to emails!
Are the products printed on both sides?
Yes, the flowers are printed on both sides, and look great from all angles. The flowers are cut shorter in the front as in a typical bouquet, so you will see more blooms from the front. The Grand Bouquet is a symmetrical arrangement.
Can I send to someone else?
Yes! If you would like us to mail directly to your recipient, just use their shipping address instead of your own at checkout. We would recommend adding on the personalized card for an additional $5.
