I would like to commend your Customer Service,. I had sent a French Poppie bouquet to my sister-in-law after she was involved in an accident. When I traced the shipment it said it had been delivered, however, she could not find it anywhere. The lady I spoke to was accommodating and offered another bouquet at no charge. My sister-in-law loved it. Thanks for helping me make her day brighter.

I ordered 4 of these cards about 1 yr. Ago and spent about. $50 USD but never received them.
