This order was never delivered to me.

Sirs… For me, this was expensive, but I really like your products, so I placed the order. I received notice two weeks ago that it had been delivered… but it was not delivered to me. I live in a high-rise condo. When I order items, I have noticed that if the shipper is UPS, it is brought to my unit. Everyone else, including your shipper - DHL - dumps the packages either outside the front door of the building, inside the vestibule, or in the lobby. Most of the time, we get notified of a delivery, so we go to the lobby area and look for our package. (The delivery driver did not take a photo of where the package was placed.) My package was not at my door or any of the other above mentioned places. There is a 2nd building where I live… with a different address… but I checked there, too. It simply is not here. I usually order the FreshCut items I want from HSN/QVC, but these items were not available from them. I am not particularly happy about this. Do you happen to self-insure your shipments so that items that are not delivered can be replaced?
