** GREAT AND COMPASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS **
I love these flowers but I always seem to have problems with them staying open. The vase collapses a bit. I noticed that the part inside that is supposed to be pressed flat to open this up tends to go back to a closed position. I had to tape a couple big paper clips crisscross diagonally onto the inside piece to keep it flat and open. The tape doesn't hold for long though and I end up having to press it again to keep the paper clips attached and the vase open. 🤔 (see pix)
I think maybe the FreshCut logistics team needs to configure some sort of way to keep this from happening. I don't want to permanently tape this open because I want the option of folding it flat to put away for other flower arrangements in the future.
