Grande Peony Paradise

I recently tried to place an order with Fresh Cut Paper—something I’ve done before without any trouble. I wanted to send the same arrangement again because the previous recipient absolutely loved it!

This time, though, my order wouldn’t go through and I kept getting an error message. I called customer service, and Dawn was truly exceptional. She had such a bright, cheerful voice and a wonderful “can-do” attitude. She immediately offered helpful workarounds and even volunteered to input my order manually so it could be completed.

Her patience, professionalism, and kindness turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. Dawn is a true asset to Fresh Cut Paper! I’m so grateful for her help and the care she put into resolving my issue. Thank you, Dawn!!

Beautiful and stunning. Looks so real.

Unfortunately I have not seen either of the orders since I sent them directly to others. People I didn't know well enough for them to directly get back to me. But, I had a question and someone got right back to me, and they received their packages on time. I do just want to say it was unclear (to me at least) that if you did not purchase a note card that the recipient would not be aware of who sent the flowers to you. So, just be aware of that.
