this particular item has no outside band just like the other products & does not come with instructions. It will not allow me to open it up just like the other ones i had before . Unhappy with this specific one . I think this must have been a reruned item . Needs to be replaced!!
I bought 5 together. I personally loved them ! Gave one to daughter and a friend and they loved them, bought for one for myself but must give it away too Looking for myself a nice one. The other 2 I plan to give away too.

I sent this heart to my daughter and son in law for their anniversary. Number 3 is paper so I went straight to Fresh Cut Paper. She LOVES IT. It is now on their wall with her other cherished gifts.
