Super cute, smaller than expected and two problems

I bought the Garden Favorites Mini Bouquets to send for Mother's Day. They are super cute and such a clever and creative design. The cards were smaller than I had thought but knew this when ordering as I had read that in other reviews. Ordered anyway.
The problems: The English Daffodils and the Festive Tulips card vases were nearly impossible to open without risk of possibly bending the edges and causing a bend in the paper. I opened all of the cards to see how they looked and found those two to be challenging because the sides of the vases, at the edges, didn't have multiple layers of card stock to support it as you pushed the sides together. Also, inside the vase, the 'flower stems' were in the way to open them fully. I'm texting the recipients to use care when opening. Hoping they work out.
I really shouldn't have to do this, but time is out!
The other three cards opened easily and without concern. Maybe the vase designs could be amended?
