Lost but not forgotten

After 15 days of waiting I finally figured out how to contact freshcut. Only to be advised that my order had been lost in transit. I was offered to have my order resent. It is now day two and I'm still waiting. Will provide a review update once or if my order arrives. Unfortunately my initial order was for birthdays, anniversary and sympathy events that have now passed and had to purchase alternative gifts.
