Tropical Bloom

I love the Freshcut Paper products, and my friends and family that received them do too. Last year I got some that I hand delivered. This year I sent several by mail. One of my regular ($12) bouquets said it ships for 4 forever stamps (curently $2.52). It wouldn't. My post office considers them parcels because they do not bend, and I paid between $5.15 and $5.85 anywhere in the US. I contacted Freshcut and they have recently reconfirmed with USPS that it should be able to ship as flat envelope. But when your post office says it can't, you pay much more or dont send. This week I checked with my main post office (vs smaller PO earlier) and they too insist the envelope is not bendable and thus does not qualify as flat. Sending one overseas as I intended would cost $19.70 versus under $5 if they'd accept it as flat, and i didnt send it. Again, I love the product, but I will not order any more because of the higher than expected shipping cost.

My first order was for my youngest daughter for her anniversary at her first and very successful job. My second order was for my oldest daughter for her birthday. Both orders arrived, prompt and perfectly intact. The girls love them. I actually called customer service for the first order to confirm some thing and the woman on the phone was so pleasant and kind and warm. You don’t get that any more from anybody. Very positive experience.
