Beautiful bouquet but…

I ordered this bouquet expecting it to come with the Big red stand up mom heart and it did not. After contacting customer service and explaining that the heart was missing I was told it would be sent right out to me. What was sent was the little note cards which I already had received one with the bouquet. It shouldn’t be a big deal but it’s not what I paid for. The red heart was just a nice little added touch for my mom for Mothers Day.
