I haven't received my order - still! You guys completely messed up my first order, which NEVER came. I finally connected with lovely Betsey on 5/6 and she PROMISED my replacement order would be fed ex'd and it has NOT come. I have missed one birthday and one Mothers Day with delivery not expected until next week. How can you treat customers this way?
