Shipping policy

We will mail your order on the same day or on the next business day. USPS Shipment times will vary however, you can expect most shipments to arrive in 3-7 business days depending on your location. We offer USPS Priority mail for an additional charge and should arrive within 3-4 business days.

We offer free First Class Mail delivery for orders over $25 and just $2.95 for orders under $25. There is also a Priority Mail option available for $7.95.

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that USPS does not scan all First Class and Priority shipments upon arrival at each destination so please be patient if your order does not have an update every day.

This is your choice! You can mail to yourself or directly to your recipient. If you would like us to mail directly to your recipient, just use   their shipping address instead of your own at checkout. We would recommend adding on the personalized card for an additional  $5. We will print your message on a coordinating notecard and tuck it into the bouquet. If you mail to yourself first, you can hand-write your message on the enclosed blank note card and mail it on to your recipient with just 3 Forever
stamps + 2 cent stamp (or 4 forever stamps).

The postal service just increased their rates in September 2021 and All FreshCut Paper bouquets can be mailed in the US with just 3 Forever stamps + 2 cent stamp (or 4 forever stamps).

I’m sorry but we do not offer a preorder service at this time and cannot guarantee a specific date of delivery.

Yes, since we are shipping by USPS we are able to deliver to these addresses. The delivery time is typically 10-14 business days. If your order has not shipped yet we would be happy to make updates to your order. Please send your order number and requested changes to hello@freshcutpaper.com. Please note that we can’t change the billing address after the order has been placed but rest assured that your recipient will not receive an invoice.

If you would like to ship cards to multiple locations each delivery address will need to be a new order. For 20+ delivery locations, please contact hello@freshcutpaper.com for support.

We do not ship Internationally at this time but plan to offer this in the future.

What are your accepted payment methods?

FreshCut Paper accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay GPay, and Pay with Amazon. Please note, Pay with Amazon is NOT Amazon Prime, it is merely using the payment method from your Amazon account. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Massachusetts.

No. There may be a packing list with your order but it does not include pricing.

Yes! We have a 5 for $50 offer which is $10 per bouquet and ships by Priority Mail at no extra charge. Please note that discounts can't be combined.

Our pop-up flower bouquets are sold throughout the United States. Please email hello@freshcutpaper.com to find a store near you.

Yes, the flowers are printed on both sides, and look great from all angles. The flowers are cut shorter in the front as in a typical bouquet, so you will see more blooms from the front.
