Didn't open as it should

Sent to my mom for birthday. It did not open correctly. The middle piece fell out of bouquet. Could not figure out how to correct the issue. Please advise

Will not order again. Envelopes are too skimpy

Thank you for your feedback! We are not able to make the envelopes anything thicker because then you would not be able to mail these with stamps.

Nice special gift for friends!

I have sent two. One to a friend’s daughter for had surgery and chemo and to my sister in law who has gotten out of ER and still has Back pain! They are special!
