I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a hospital. For some reason, the hospital sent the order back🤪. I reached out to customer service and they very quickly gave me options…get a full refund or try to deliver it again. Since I didn’t have faith in the hospital delivering it, I asked if it could be delivered to another address instead. They were happy to help. A few days later the flower arrangement was delivered. My aunt loved it!
