Still waiting

Ordered some flowers for my daughter who was recovering form surgery. They charged my account on 2/27. Here it is 3/15 and still nothing. When I emailed the company as to why it is taking so long, I get this reply:

Just like real flowers!

I sent Field of Daisies to my mother for her birthday. She loves flowers but doesn't want me to spend money on something that will die. She can't believe how real these look.
