I have nothing but praise for Freshcut! I got my delivery on time, but the delivery driver left it in the pouring rain. It ruined the envelope. When I sent an email about the damage, I got an immediate reply, and a new product was sent to me. It is perfect and will make a beautiful retirement tribute to a friend. I sent these as a gift to a friend undergoing additional chemo treatment. They arrived on time and she loves them. Since they are paper, there is no fragrance to potentially affect her. Thanks for making a great product!

I recived the daffodils and the vase will not go round as pictured.The flowers seem flat as well.Iv tried to work with them but to no avail.I paid extra for delivery and still did not arive in time .Sad.
